Student Council

Student Council encourages student leadership at Good Shepherd Catholic School. The Middle School Student Council plans and coordinates school activities Red Ribbon Week, Catholic School Week, Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Drives, as well as, Lenten Projects. They serve the community, discuss recommendations for the student body, teachers, and administrators. Student Council also seeks to improve the image of the school by promoting academic achievement, positive character development, fund raising and school spirit throughout the school.

Student Council Officers are selected by teacher recommendations and peer voting through campaigns and speeches. Student Council officers and representatives must maintain a C average throughout the year.
