Accolades
Good Shepherd Catholic School is a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School.
In 2019, the school was awarded the St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta Award, presented by the Diocese of Orlando Office of Catholic Schools. The coveted award is given annually to one elementary school and one Catholic high school that demonstrate the compassion and Corporal Works of Mercy exemplified by St. Teresa. For their project, students crocheted mats from plastic grocery bags that were given to the homeless.
